My gourmet food:
a perfect piece of cod fish pan seared to retain its original delicate flavour
enhanced by a drizzle of plum sauce
and garnished with a sprig of parsley with boiled broccoli.
It is pleasing to the sight as it is arranged on a stark white plate showing off the pristine white of the cod and the taste: heavenly!
and tantalising to the taste buds too, because of this presentation.
